Inviting the public into your home - largely unsupervised - is a fairly uncomfortable idea. We'd never do it in our day-to-day life, however we have no choice when it comes to marketing our homes for sale. Until now.

OnSiteCameras offers a low-cost, practical solution for you to monitor all visitors to your home during property inspections. The CCTV system is rented and installed for the duration of property marketing. There's no risk to your privacy - you simply turn the camera on when you leave before the inspection, and turn it off again when you come home. Alternatively you may arrange for your estate agent to do this for you on his or her arrival/departure.

The system is discreet, so it doesn't detract from your property's marketability. However it is visible, as the primary goal is to deter theft. We are police-accredited security advisors, so we can advise on how best to place cameras within your home. Generally one camera is sufficient to record all visitors at an entrance or exit point. If you prefer an additional camera to monitor a back entrance or master bedroom we can set up a multiple camera package. All packages also include signage that the property is under video surveillance, which acts as a further deterrent to theft or vandalism.

Installation is part of the package price and generally takes less than 20 minutes. When the rental period is over, we uninstall the equipment and provide the footage to you either on a USB or a storage card, as you wish.
